I didn’t build this company in a boardroom—I built it with courage, faith, and a stack of Post-It notes.
When I moved to Florida in 2017, my plan was simple: slow down. Work part-time. Enjoy some sunshine and a quieter pace of life. After 30 years in dentistry, I thought I had earned that. I took a part-time position at a dental billing company thinking it would be easy—just help a few practices and ease into my new life.
But what I saw there changed everything.
Inside that company, I saw how dental billing was really being handled—claims rushed, errors ignored, money left uncollected, patients confused, and dentists completely unaware of what was happening behind the scenes. It was sloppy. It was careless. And worst of all—it lacked integrity.
That didn’t sit well with me. Dentists deserve transparency. Teams deserve support. And billing should never compromise a practice’s reputation—or revenue.
So I walked away.
I didn’t have a business plan—I had Post-It notes. Ideas scribbled at midnight. Systems outlined between sips of coffee. Sticky notes filled with goals, reminders, and prayers. I didn’t have investors or a fancy launch strategy. What I did have was conviction—and a fire inside me that would not let this go.
That was the beginning of Integrity Dental Billing.
I built this company on my own terms. No outsourcing overseas—real people for real practices. No shortcuts—clean claims, detailed documentation, and accountability on every dollar. No corporate coldness—just relationships, trust, and results. I didn’t follow an industry trend. I didn’t try to fit in with competitors. I changed the standard and built something I could stand behind fully.
Today, Integrity Dental Billing isn’t just a business. It’s a mission. A promise. A calling. It protects the practices that care for families. It restores trust in an area of dentistry that has been ignored for too long. It gives teams relief, revenue back to the business, and doctors peace of mind.
I started as a girl with Post-It notes and big dreams. I became a woman who built something bigger than herself—with integrity leading the way.
